Showers (no not the ones caused by clouds)

I just realized that I took three showers today. There is a good reason for each one of them. The first was my morning shower, just before church. Side note: I went to my home church Westminster Chapel this morning. It was awesome to see all of my old church friends! For College group this morning we joined up with the 60+ class and got into groups. It was really weird, but good at the same time. It is unbelievable how much wisdom older people have about life in general and God. So it was fun to talk with them because it isn't a usual thing you do in church, and I learned sooooo much from them.

After church I went out with some friends to lunch and did a little bit of geocaching. Then I went home before it got dark to hide my cache that I have wanted to hide for weeks. I will post the link to my Cache once it gets approved. So while hiding my cache I had to dig a hole and so I got really muddy from head to toe. Not to mention it was pouring. This is where my second shower comes in. Then I went back to UCU at about 8:30.

At 9:30 a group of us got together and decided to go to Alki Beach and have a fire, and throw a Frisbee around. We all got in the Pettis van and had a blast being all scrunched together. Upon arriving Alki beach, we lit a fire and roasted marshmallows. We made "Sand Angles"-- (kind of like snow angles but with sand). Then we had a sand fight and got sand everywhere. Right before we were about to leave, Jacob, Heather, Linnell, Robb, and I all ran into the water. The guys went in our boxers, and I guess that might explain why Katherine and Emily thought I was naked when I went in. LOL. I have had my fair share of laughs at that. I was wearing yellow boxers and I guess in the dark that could look skin colory. lol, I am still laughing at that. And this is where my third shower of the day comes in....sand and salt just can't be good to sleep with...
