Hangin' Out

So basically the past 4 days I have just been hanging out with people and having a social life. It is so nice to get away from homework and stress. Last week was pretty bad for me; I had some much to do yet so little time. Anyway, I am past that and now I can move on.

On Thursday night I went out and sat in the median of 17th to watch drunken people. That was very intriguing. We actually got some drunken frat guys to come out and join us. They sat on the other side of the street facing us for about 15 minutes and then they got bored and left. After that, our drunken watching event turned into a water balloon avoiding adventure. Some of the guys from UCU....they shall remain nameless....decided to try and launch water balloons at us from the alley. It was pretty funny. I eventually went over there and stole their launcher when they were inside filling up water balloons. I figured that if they filled up some more balloons they would have to use them so they would soon be after us again, but this time without a launcher. I was right, they soon came army crawling toward us in the dirt, but we spotted them and quickly fled the scene. After about 5 minutes we returned to our seats on 17th ave, and continued to watch out backs. They came again and got Katherine and Emily with their water balloons. I will post some pictures of the event.

On Saturday I went to Volunteer Park with Mark, Heather, Joel, and Andrew. We saw some cool plants in the observatory, and got a great view of Seattle from the top of an old water tower. More pictures for that. Then we found a geocache in the park, and then went and visited Bruce Lee's grave in the nearby cemetery. I will post a ton of pictures now.
