Stressed out!

I enjoyed my day today as much as I could. It was long. Got up and went to my Math 124 TA section where I worked on an old final so that I can prepare for my final which is coming up in less than two weeks. Came back home and studied a little and had devotions so that I could relax a little and actually enjoy part of my day. Had lunch and went to Chemistry.

Came home and tried to do some chemistry homework for about 2 hours, but got nowhere. Went to my seminar class and got lectured about how the world's fossil fuel's will run out in the near future and we engineers need to find a new source of renewable energy. So I think that you will be surprised to her this... (As I was). The next major source of generating power in the US and mostly in China will be old growth forests. Sounds bad, but China already has some of these plants that generate energy from the debris that line the forest floor. They don't cut down trees, they just collect all of the dead, dry, rotting stuff on the ground and use that to create energy....I know, it sounds crazy! It also has another benefit; it will help to prevent forest fires. Who knows what will happen next in the world. Oh yeah, we also talked about the next form of transportation....Top secret....actually, I am just too tired to write about it here and now. Sometime later.

After my seminar I went to a chemistry review session where I reviewed what will be on the Chemistry midterm which I will have on Friday. Then I went straight from there to Mary Gates Hall to get my chemistry homework done. I got most of in done within 2 hours and then it was time for C.L.U.E., So I stayed and got a couple questions of mine answered.

Came home and ate some dinner and by now it was ten O'clock. And at ten some people were downstairs just starting Spiderman 2, so I decided to relax and take it easy for awhile. Watched the whole movie through for a second time and now I am going to hit the sack and hope that my headache goes away.

Red, you better start figuring out how to replace the fossil fuels! Sounds like it could be a slightly big project! Oh and even though the whole 'old growth' plan sounds good, hello, look around. We are killing trees like crazy, the numbers of forests are diminishing. So I don't know how long that will last us, really. If I were you, I'd have a plan! I'm glad I'm not an engineer.
